Values Update

Recently on Brand Autopsy johnmoore posted a question on values and money.  I added a post on this blog linking to it.  Then I see this post from Fast Company.  In it there is a link to an online survey on your own values.  The survey takes about 10 minutes and provides an interesting look into your own values.  I took the values survey and brought it to my review.  I used it to outline what I wanted out of my job and how I can best leverage my passions to achieve company goals.  It was a great conversation.  I think each employee would do well to have this kind of information available to them as they review their job requirements and their future with their organization.
