Yesterday’s post talked about ways to find and keep employees.  Here’s an article about The Schwan Food Company that discusses the process they use to identify and keep quality employees – those that will be future leaders.

This type of planning takes time and energy – and as this article highlights – a leader who sees the value of investing for the future. 

I’m betting they spend less with this program than they would with a recruiting firm looking for a replacement for just one position when that need arose.
