This post has gotten a lot of mileage over the past few days. It is a fake letter from a boss to an employee attempting to explain the boss's point of view. I had saved it and meant to write a long-winded response. However, by the time I got around to writing about it the list of comments and blogs that linked to it was so long and they seemed to cover almost every conceivable angle, I felt that I couldn't possibly add anything else to the conversation.
But it is an interesting conversations. Like someone told me before I saw Ferris Bueller's Day off in the theater.... "stay past the credits there's more movie." In this case read the comments - there's as much fun in there as in the post itself.
