Incentive Intelligence Goes WorldWide

Incentive Intelligence is now worldwide.  That's right - we've expanded our reach - so to speak - to Australia!

We were recently approached by Motivation Magazine - a new bi-monthly (that's once every two months - I can never get that straight) Australian magazine focused on performance and motivation to provide a six-part series on developing and designing incentive and recognition programs.  We agreed, even though my request for a 6-week all-expense paid trip to visit Australia - to get the feel for the audience - didn't happen. 

The Premier Issue has been released and with permission I offer our submission as a download from Incentive Intelligence.  The download is a scan we did of our submission so the quality isn't up there with traditional magazine reprints.

Our series will provide some great information on how to go about setting up your motivation, reward and recognition strategy, rules structures to consider, how to communicate for influence as well as a discussion on measurement and review.  If you've followed this blog over the years, some of the content may seem familiar as posts from this blog were used as the skeleton of the series - but assembled now as a cogent discussion on how to develop, operate and measure your influence initiatives.  It should make a very nice little compendium when it is all said and done.

Expand Your Horizons

The magazine is very well written and very high quality.  While the target audience is Australia, the content is very appropriate to anyone seeking to motivate and engage their target audience.  As the world continues to "flatten" and our audiences become more and more diverse - it's probably a good idea to see what others are doing anyway.  You can get your subscription here. 

The premier issue is full of great information such as an overview of GlaxoSmithKline's innovative employee reward program - or a discussion of Amway China's huge investment in incentives and rewards - and an interview with Don E. Schultz, Professor-emeritus-in-service at Northwestern University on internal branding.  All good stuff!
