December Show Topic – Incentives, Huh – What are they good for?

For this month's show we'll be talking about incentives, what they are and what they are not.  We'll discuss when they make sense, when they don't and the perils and pitfalls of poorly designed programs.  We'll touch on incentives are used within the various audience groups – consumer, channel and employees as well as talk about when they make the most sense.

I don't know if we'll get to a universal definition and application of incentives but the conversation is sure to bring up some interesting points of view and valuable information you can use in your business.

Please join us on Wednesday, December 2, 2009 at Noon EST for an hour of interesting and informative discussion.  Mark those calendars and feel free to share this info with anyone you think might have an interest in designing and developing incentives to influence behavior.
