Renegade HR Gives Us The Microphone

A few weeks back I had the pleasure of talking with Chris Ferdinandi (@chrisferdinandi) who writes the blog Renegade HR and is a human resource and social media professional based in Boston, MA.  He hit me up for about 30 minutes worth of conversation about incentives, motivation, recognition and associated topics.  

I had a great time chatting – and our conversation is now a podcast on his site.  While I've been more eloquent in other venues – it's still not bad.  I did learn I need a new microphone!
