Two Things I Like A Lot…

If you get the chance today – pop over to Fistful of Talent – the multi-author blog I contribute to.  Today's post is from me – and one I like a lot.  I like it for two reasons…

1. The point of the post is probably the biggest thing managers need to know in order to be good managers.
    
2. I reference my daughter -now 19 – but in the post she's only 23 months.
