Fine …here’s the three five things you need to do…

1.  Identify your goal.
2. Make sure you find the critical behaviors that drive that outcome.
3. Find out if it is a training issue, a communication issue or a process issue.
4. If not… then maybe it’s an incentive and influence issue.
5. Make sure you do #3 FIRST – DO IT – then call us if you have questions.
