Calling an incentive company to evaluate your incentive and reward program or strategy is the same as asking a burglar to give you security advice.

Incentive companies sell rewards.  They will recommend a reward program.  But what if it is really a communication issue?  Or a system issue?  Or simply a training issue?  Those possibilities don’t usually enter their minds.  What you really need is an unbiased review of your reward and incentive strategy.  What you need is a company who just might say…

“You don’t need an incentive program.”
